Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering.
• Seeking 2027 graduates.
• Internship or co-op experience required.
• GPA minimum 3.3.
• Strong technical aptitude and leadership skills.
• Experience with AutoCAD or AutoMod or similar software.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% during and after program.
• Willingness to live in Indianapolis, IN or Louisville, KY.
• US work eligibility without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Complete 3–4 rotations across Solution Delivery Teams.
• Each rotation lasts around 6 months.
• Collaborate with leadership to select groups for optimal experience.
• Join the full-time Solution Delivery team aligned with interests after program.
