Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company is seeking a Trade Reconciliation & Compliance Analyst for a 6-month contract assignment (W‑2). You will support trade reconciliation and SOX compliance across natural gas, power, renewables, and capital management desks, administering SOX workflows for contracts and amendments.

Location: Juno Beach, FL 33408. Base salary is hourly; eligible for benefits including comprehensive health and income protection, a 401(k) savings plan, and paid vacations for qualifying

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Accounting.
• Experience developing ad-hoc reports using SQL & Power BI.
• Experience building Excel-based ad-hoc reports and automating them with macros.
• Ability to balance analysis with clear communication and problem-solving ideas.
• Strong communication skills for proposing solutions to management.

Responsibilities

• Capture trades into SOX Application and execute end-of-day recaps and reports.
• Verify positions, monitor daily Value at Risk and other risk-related measures.
• Reconcile broker and other external statements associated with transactions.
• Provide management with daily profit and loss and pricing information.
• Handle electronic funds sources and other clearing transactions.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to support small to medium special projects.
• Assist with process design and modification for continuous business improvement.
• Support the development and execution as needed for the trade capture platform in close collaboration with the IT team.

You will administer SOX compliance workflows for contracts and amendments.

Benefits & Compensation

Base salary range: $23.00/hr to $28.00/hr, depending on experience, qualifications and skills. Eligible for benefits including comprehensive health and income protection benefits, a 401(k) savings plan, and paid vacations for qualifying positions.
