Job summary

Westinghouse Electric is looking for a Trade Reconciliation & Compliance Analyst for a 6-month contract in Juno Beach, FL. Job description

About the role:

We’re looking for a Trade Reconciliation & Compliance Analyst on behalf of our client. This is a 6‑month contract assignment (W‑2). You will support trade reconciliation and SOX compliance operations across natural gas, power, renewables, and capital management desks at one of the largest energy companies. You will administer SOX compliance workflows for contracts and amendments.

Location: Juno Beach, FL 33408

Key Responsibilities:
  • Capture trades into SOX Application and execute the end‑of‑day recaps and reports.
  • Verify positions, monitor daily Value at Risk and other risk‑related measures.
  • Reconcile broker and other external statements associated with the transaction.
  • Provide management with daily profit and loss and pricing information.
  • Handle electronic funds sources and other clearing transactions.
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to support small to medium special projects.
  • Help with process design and modification for continuous business improvement.
  • Support the development and execution as needed for the trade capture platform in close collaboration with the IT team.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in accounting.
  • Experience developing ad‑hoc reports using SQL and Power BI.
  • Experience developing Excel‑based ad‑hoc reports and automating them using macros as needed.
  • Ability to balance analysis with clear communication and problem‑solving ideas.
  • Ability to communicate proposed solutions to management.

Base salary range: $23.00/hr to $28.00/hr, depending on experience, qualifications, and skills.
