Job summary

Stratasfoods in Cordova, Tennessee is seeking a Trade Promotions Analyst to ensure that trade, brokerage, label, marketing and promotional programs are properly established and maintained in the applicable systems. You will analyze program activity, verify accruals and coordinate with the Commercial team to provide financial program effectiveness data and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years business experience; customer service, sales/marketing or accounting/finance preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, databases, and spreadsheets; able to learn new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain marketing/promotion items in systems.
• Research inquiries from customers and partners.
• Process trade promotion transactions and prepare payment requests.
• Review deductions and validate program details with customers.
• Enter customer data to determine claim validity and accruals.
• Prepare payment/deduction requests and resolve discrepancies.
• Contact customers to secure repayment for invalid deductions.
• Maintain deduction data and update open deductions status.
• Prepare reports on payment requests, accruals, and communication to management.
• Collaborate with Commercial team to provide spending and accrual data.
• Collaborate with onsite teams and participate in meetings.
• Support Finance through other projects.
