Job summary

Stratas Foods LLC is hiring a Trade Promotions Analyst to ensure trade, brokerage, label, marketing and promotional programs are properly established in systems and to safeguard company assets by validating payment and deduction data.

You will analyze program activity, coordinate with the Commercial team, and prepare reports on spending, accrual balances and P/L variance to support decision making.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in a business related field or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years business experience; Customer Service, Sales/Marketing or Accounting/Finance preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills; Excel proficiency; ability to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain marketing/promotion items in the system (rebates, brokerages, MAP funds, etc.).
• Research customer inquiries about promotions and respond promptly.
• Process trade promotion transactions and prepare payment requests for trade items.
