Job summary

Symbiotic Services is seeking a Trade & Sales Support Specialist on behalf of our client, a growing furniture and design company. You will support the growth of the Trade Program, nurture relationships with interior designers and trade partners, and help deliver exceptional service from first contact through post-sale.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in sales or trade support, knowledge of Shopify, Zendesk or Monday.com, and excels at communication and organization in a fast-paced,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales, trade sales support, trade account management, or e-commerce.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with Shopify, Zendesk, and/or Monday.com.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with trade clients and design professionals.
• Support outreach initiatives designed to grow the Trade Program.
• Manage communications for trade accounts and assist with quotes and special requests.
• Coordinate trade-specific order updates and assist with swatch and sample requests.
• Partner with Sales and Operations teams to ensure accuracy and timely follow-through.
• Help provide a high-quality client experience throughout the sales and post-sale process.
