Job summary

Once Upon a Farm is seeking a Trade Planning Analyst to optimize trade management, analyze promotional performance, and drive data-driven decisions across Sales and Finance. You will ensure accurate reflection of trade promotions in Exceedra, support forecasting, and deliver monthly KPI reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 4+ years in retail sales analysis, P&L management, and sales planning.
• Deep understanding of CPG trade spend management.
• Experience with TPM systems (Exceedra) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate accurate reflection of promotional plans within the TPM system (Exceedra) and ensure data integrity.
• Analyze promotional performance and deliver monthly reporting on Trade KPIs and calendars.
• Support trade forecasting, budgeting, and deductions, ensuring governance and compliance.
