Onco360 Pharmacy is seeking a Trade Operations Coordinator / Technician to join our specialty pharmacy team in Houston, TX. You will support pharmacists, technician leads, and managers in daily workflow to dispense specialty medications and manage related tasks.

The role emphasizes first-call resolution, phone support to patients and physician offices, and adherence to REMS programs and regulatory standards. A strong pharmacy background and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of pharmacy experience required
• Pharmacy terminology knowledge including sig codes and Roman numerals
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists and technicians in daily workflow to dispense specialty medications
• Handle inbound calls and provide first-call resolution for providers and patients
• Ensure compliance with state/federal laws and REMS programs
