Onco360 Pharmacy is seeking a Trade Operations Coordinator/Technician to support pharmacists and leadership in daily workflow for dispensing specialty meds. You will engage with health care providers and patients to resolve issues and ensure timely completion of tasks.

The role requires a high school diploma, 3+ years of pharmacy experience, and a strong grounding in pharmacy terminology. Features include full-time hours in Woodridge, IL, a $5,000 sign-on bonus, and various benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years pharmacy experience required.
• 5+ years pharmacy experience desired.
• Registration with Board of Pharmacy as required by state law.
• Certified Oncology Concierge Technician (PTCB) desired.
• Independent worker with strong communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists, technician leads, supervisors, and managers in daily workflow to dispense specialty medications.
• Handle first-call resolution and patient/provider inquiries regarding pharmacy needs.
• Communicate with physicians and patients to resolve issues and triage calls.
• Ensure compliance with state/federal laws and REMS programs.
• Maintain a clean, compliant, confidential pharmacy environment.
