Our client is looking to expand its Operations team in New York. They are a fast-growing multi-strategy global hedge fund managing over $10bn in AUM. Over the last few years, they have had significant growth, with offices across the US and Europe.

This is a high-impact role, offering excellent exposure across the workings of a successful hedge fund. The role is broad, covering reconciliations, P&L reporting, and process improvement. The Operations team is highly efficient with a technology-driven approach to enhance and automate processes.

The ideal candidate will need to have a minimum of 8 years' experience in a similar Trade Operations role in either a hedge fund or investment bank. There will be a highly attractive compensation package on offer, hybrid working schedule and long term growth opportunities.
