Job summary

Brown Brothers Harriman (BBH) is seeking an Operations Specialist – Trade Management in Massachusetts to support client trades and maintain accurate processing. You will handle entry, authentication, routing, and verification, with a focus on reducing errors and improving STP and client experience.

You will identify issues, communicate resolutions to clients, and report trends to enhance operational efficiency. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Process client trades: entry, authentication, and routing.
• Verify and repair missing or conflicting data.
• Re-key faxed trade tickets.
• Process complex and client-specific instructions.
• Verify information before release and escalate issues.
• Analyze trends and provide feedback to improve STP.
• Communicate with clients regarding issues and resolutions.
