Job summary

Platinum Enterprise Solutions, Inc. seeks a highly skilled Engineer to support the initial trade system implementation and drive continuous improvement of our Investment Management System.

The role requires deep front- and middle-office operations experience and a hands-on approach to engineering across multi-asset workflows. Ideal candidates have 10+ years in financial services or asset management, strong SQL/XML skills, and experience integrating trade systems with in-house platforms and data

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with significant time spent in financial services or asset management setting.
• Strong understanding of alternative investments, including private credit, structured products, hedge funds, and derivatives
• Experience configuring trade system compliance engine for private, public and real estate asset classes
• Knowledge of private asset lifecycle, trade settlements, and data flow from front to back office
• Proficiency with SQL, XML, and experience integrating trade systems with in-house systems, fund administrators, and data providers
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, especially in lean or high-growth teams
• Experience with Charles River trade platform will be highly prefered but not mandatory

This hands-on engineer combines strong problem-solving and software engineering skills with excellent communication and organizational abilities.
