Job summary

Acosta is seeking a Trade Specialist to act as a pivotal liaison between the centralized trade organization, client-facing sales teams, and internal shared services. You will bring analytical rigor to support trade investment accuracy across Grocery, Natural, and Small Format channels.

You’ll independently manage complex client systems, drive exception resolution, and ensure alignment between contracts, customer execution, and financial settlement processes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis.
• Ability to analyze trends and generate insights.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage client systems to maintain accuracy and efficiency across processes.
• Analyze and compare client contracts for dates, rates, and product details.
• Audit client events to validate deduction accuracy and financial integrity.
• Drive timely reconciliation between client requests, deduction balances, and timelines.
• Own KPIs for open deduction balances and deliver reporting on client KPIs.
• Provide problem-solving support for Global Business Services and SOP updates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on cadence to align goals and resolve challenges.
