Job summary

Barilla Group is seeking a Trade Marketing Associate Manager in Northbrook, IL to oversee customer marketing administration, trade budget forecasting, and cross-functional projects for Meal Solutions & Bakery. This hybrid role supports the field team and manages spend across channels.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in sales/marketing within food/CPG, with strong analytical skills, experience in trade management, and proficiency in SAP, Telus, and PowerBI. Domestic travel up to 5% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably Marketing or Business.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in sales and/or marketing, preferably in food or CPG.
• Experience in trade management and analytics.
• Knowledge of retail/specialty channels and GTM practices.
• Project management with successful execution.
• Proficiency in MS Office; SAP and Telus experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load trade plans by customer and product segment into TPM/TPO system.
• Perform month-end and quarterly trade reviews to monitor trade spending.
• Analyze month and quarter-end results by customer and product category.
• Support field team in planning process.
• Manage slotting process and communicate with sales on spending.
• Forecast and track Channels and Specialty budgets for Meal Solutions & Bakery.
