Natixis CIB Americas seeks a seasoned Financial Crimes Compliance (FCC) Trade Finance Advisor to lead AML, fraud, and sanctions coverage for the trade finance portfolio. You will shape controls, guide business leaders, and drive strategic FCC initiatives from concept to execution.

You will design robust FCC processes, lead investigations, and own policy development while collaborating with Global FCC teams to meet regional and worldwide standards.

Formación

• 5–7 years of AML and sanctions experience with trade finance.
• Experience partnering with business lines to implement FCC processes.
• Ability to manage day-to-day workflow and drive strategic projects.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and pipeline management skills.
• Analytical, critical reasoning, and investigative abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to influence across levels.
• Deep technical knowledge of trade finance products and regulations.
• Familiarity with analytics tools to automate processes.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary FCC expert for the Americas within trade finance.
• Partner with business leaders and home office on escalations and risk.
• Design, enhance, and implement robust FCC controls across trade finance lifecycle.
• Lead structured investigations into potential trade-based money laundering and fraud.
• Author and maintain FCC trade finance policies and procedures.
• Design and deliver FCC training programs for trade finance operations.
• Coordinate with Global FCC teams to align regional practices with global standards.
• Spearhead trade finance compliance projects with realistic timelines.
