Job summary

Capgemini seeks an experienced FCC Advisory Associate Director to lead AML/FCC engagements for financial services clients in the United States. You will oversee AML model validations, sanctions screening, and customer risk rating programs, while guiding governance, controls, and documentation.

You will also mentor juniors and support business development efforts. You will collaborate with data analytics teams, produce concise executive reports, and manage 2–20 professionals across multiple

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of U.S. AML and Financial Crime Compliance regulations.
• Subject matter expertise in transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, customer risk rating, fraud risk management.
• Experience with AML program reviews and regulatory gap analyses.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple AML/FCC engagements from initiation through completion.
• Conduct AML model validations including transaction monitoring and sanctions screening.
• Perform gap assessments against regulatory requirements and draft AML/FCC policies and procedures.
• Partner with data analytics teams to interpret outputs and assess regulatory implications.
• Prepare reports outlining findings, risks and recommendations for executives.
• Manage project teams of 2–20 professionals and mentor junior staff.
