Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an experienced AML/ FCC consultant in New York to lead engagements, validate models, and review compliance programs. The role requires advising clients on U.S. AML regulations, sanctions screening, and transaction monitoring while mentoring teams and engaging with executives.

You will produce reports, deliver insights, and support business development, with CAMS certification often required and a base salary in the posted range.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in U.S. AML regulations and Financial Crime Compliance.
• Experience in transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, fraud risk management, and customer risk assessment.
• Excellent project management, stakeholder management, and consulting skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing abilities.
• CAMS certification mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead AML, Sanctions, Fraud, and Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) consulting engagements.
• Perform AML model validations, risk assessments, program reviews, audits, and gap analyses.
• Review and enhance AML policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance frameworks.
• Advise clients on U.S. AML regulations, sanctions screening, transaction monitoring, and customer risk rating programs.
• Manage project teams, mentor junior consultants, and engage with executive-level stakeholders.
• Prepare reports, deliver insights, and support business development activities.
