The candidate should bring deep AML, sanctions, and fraud expertise, with AI-enabled AML and blockchain analytics experience, to advance regulatory transformation and digital assets governance.

Qualifications

• Strong industry relationships and business development experience.
• Expertise in AML, sanctions, fraud, and transaction monitoring.
• Experience with AI-enabled AML solutions and blockchain analytics.
• Knowledge of FCC regulations and digital assets.

Responsabilités

• Own revenue growth and pipeline for the FinTech FCC practice.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities across banking, capital markets, FinTech, and payments.
• Provide thought leadership through industry presentations, publications, and client engagements.
• Coordinate global practice development across regions and drive consistency in methodologies and offerings.
• Mentor, coach, and manage junior team members.
• Lead complex client engagements in FCC programs across AML, sanctions, fraud, and related areas.
