Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group seeks a Trade Development Specialist in Milwaukee to execute the monthly business plan, coordinate sampling programs, and manage charity sponsorships. You will support analytics, events, and promotions while collaborating with sales teams and agencies to ensure timely, on-budget execution.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 2+ years in events, promotions, and operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent training and work experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in managing large scale events and promotions, finance, project management, operations, etc.
  • Proficient PC skills using MS Office and other various computer programs including presentation software.
  • Strong verbal/written communication skills with diplomacy and customer service.
  • Ability to multi-task, work independently and/or in a team, pay attention to detail and meet deadlines.
  • Analytic and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate incentives and promotions; serve as primary contact for agencies and oversee monthly activities.
  • Support inside sales with training, bookings, tracking, and event coordination.
  • Assist with inventory forecasting, item setups, pricing updates, and event resource allocation.
  • Prepare and present surveys; provide monthly updates and ad hoc reporting.
  • Coordinate team meetings, trainings, and charity event participation; manage donations.
  • Oversee supplier communications, and develop materials for planning meetings with data analysis.
  • Create monthly sales communications and sell sheets to support channel plans.
  • Coordinate POS logistics and ensure materials are delivered statewide with on-time delivery.

Key responsibilities include tracking program execution, managing incentives, overseeing POS logistics, coordinating sampling programs, supporting large-scale events, and handling charity sponsorships and donations.
