TEKsystems, a leading global provider of IT and professional staffing, seeks a Transaction Services Specialist for on-site work in Colorado Springs, CO. This contract-to-hire role focuses on reviewing and processing client requests, ensuring policy compliance, and delivering high-quality customer service across multiple channels.

Responsibilities include transaction processing, risk and compliance review, and trade-off decisions within a regulated environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience working in a policy-driven environment with established procedures and compliance requirements.
  • Experience reviewing information for accuracy and identifying gaps or risks.
  • Strong customer service experience in a professional business environment.
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Excel.
  • Basic mathematical skills and numerical accuracy.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and analytical problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in financial services, banking, credit unions, insurance, healthcare, or another highly regulated industry preferred.
  • Experience in operations, transaction processing, claims processing, account administration, or client services preferred.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.

  • Analyze documentation to determine client intent and ensure requests meet policy and compliance requirements.

  • Verify accuracy and completeness of submitted forms and supporting documentation.
  • Manage a high volume of client activities while maintaining quality and accuracy standards.
  • Evaluate documentation for completeness, accuracy, and potential risk.
  • Apply established policies to support compliant decision-making.
  • Identify discrepancies, missing information, and process exceptions.
  • Exercise judgment on next steps for client requests.
  • Maintain adherence to regulatory and internal compliance standards.
  • Provide exceptional service while handling client requests and inquiries.
  • Support phone-based interactions (about 10%).
  • Collaborate with team members and leadership to resolve complex situations.
  • Navigate multiple systems and applications to research and complete requests.
  • Review information from emails, paper forms, web submissions, and phone transcripts.

Position Overview

The Retail Asset Management Operations Associate is responsible for reviewing and processing client requests received through multiple channels, including phone, web, email, and paper documentation. Associates analyze client information, interpret policies and procedures, validate documentation, and execute financial transactions while maintaining compliance standards and delivering exceptional customer service. The position involves both standard and complex transaction processing, requiring sound judgment and the ability to identify risks, inconsistencies, and missing information.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transaction Processing
    • Review and process client requests related to account maintenance, profile updates, agreements, and financial transactions.
    • Analyze documentation to determine client intent and ensure requests meet policy and compliance requirements.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Colorado Springs, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
