Job summary

Campbell’s is seeking a Trade Deduction Coordinator to provide financial administrative support for the Sales Organization, Finance and Marketing, focusing on trade and promotional spending, reporting and related duties. The role involves coordinating deductions against customer receivables in line with SOPs and performing related payment processing and research tasks.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Intermediate Excel skills required.
• Customer service mentality and ability to manage deadlines.
• Ability to read and interpret corporate processes and procedures.
• Experience with SAP or trade promotion systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains a strong internal and external Customer Relationship to achieve deduction processing targets.
• Develops and maintains customer manual related to key area of responsibility.
• Performs deduction clearing responsibilities within established KPI targets and SOPs.
• Communicates and provides effective service to connecting groups (trade planning, trade systems support and marketing departments).
• Maintains accurate and timely deduction allocation to events within the trade tool.
• Research and follows-up on inquiries regarding trade and promotional discrepancies.
• Investigates and prepares documentation for pricing and promotion deductions.
• Submits branded deductions to Trade Promotion Management system (e4).
• Obtains backup for Direct and DSD deductions via customer portals or Account Managers.
