Job summary

Campbell's is seeking a Trade Deduction Coordinator to provide financial admin support for Sales, Finance and Marketing, focusing on trade and promotional spending and related reporting. You will manage deductions against customer receivables in line with SOPs and coordinate promotional activities.

Ideal candidates have an associate degree or 2 years related experience, solid Excel skills, and a customer-service mindset. This role involves high-volume transactions and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or a minimum of 2 years of related experience and/or training; finance/accounting preferred.
• SAP or Trade Promotion systems experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains strong internal and external customer relationships to achieve deduction processing targets.
• Maintains customer manuals related to key area of responsibility.
• Performs deduction clearing within KPI targets and SOPs (Contracts, Proof of Performance, Invoices).
• Communicates with trade planning, systems support and marketing to provide effective service.
• Maintains accurate deduction allocation to events within the trade tool.
