Job summary

Leonardo DRS Land Systems seeks a full-time Trade Compliance Specialist at Bridgeton, MO. The role supports the Trade Director and Manager in maintaining compliant export/import practices, licenses, and training.

Candidates will review activities, implement processes, and assist audits, with a focus on ITAR/EAR compliance and cross-functional collaboration. Hybrid work option and in-person schedule provided.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in trade/compliance related position
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Ability to work with moderate supervision
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and solve problems
• Ability to travel as necessary to support the functions of the job

Responsibilities

• Assist with implementing and maintaining internal export/import controls to ensure compliance with ITAR, EAR, and related regulations
• Provide guidance on application and implementation of export/import regulations to internal units
• Obtain and monitor licenses, permits, and certifications to support the Trade Manager/Director
• Support the development of processes, procedures and tools for compliance with government regulations
• Review and obtain approvals for export/import of goods and assist with movement of goods
