Job summary

Senior Flexonics in Bartlett, IL seeks a Trade Compliance Analyst to manage day-to-day import/export shipments, maintain product classifications for compliance, and ensure timely customs clearance across the U.S. and Mexico.

You will collaborate with internal teams, customs brokers, and authorities, handle documentation, stay current with trade regulations, and contribute to process improvements while earning a market-led base salary with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customs or trade compliance experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Proficiency in HTS classification, country of origin determination, and valuation.
• Experience with USMCA and Free Trade Agreements.
• Knowledge of U.S. and Mexico customs documentation and compliance requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to manage import/export documentation and maintain compliance records.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day management of import and export shipments.
• Maintain product classification to ensure full trade compliance and timely customs clearance.
• Manage transportation-related import and export documentation.
• Stay up to date with trade regulations, tariffs, and sanctions.
• Support import and export compliance for shipments into and out of both the United States and Mexico.
• Work closely with internal teams, customs brokers, freight forwarders, and customs authorities to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant cross-border transactions.
