Job summary

Precision Castparts Corp. is seeking a Trade Compliance Manager for our Langhorne, PA site. The role focuses on ITAR and EAR compliance, overseeing export/import processes, and maintaining regulatory documentation and policies.

The successful candidate will conduct internal audits, provide training to site personnel, and collaborate with regional leaders to ensure timely and compliant international shipments. Relocation is authorized for this position.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in trade compliance (ITAR/EAR).
• Bachelor's degree preferred; Associate's degree with 5+ years acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ITAR/EAR compliance at the site and ensure export/import regulations are followed.
• Maintain and enforce internal trade compliance processes and policies.
• Review and approve export/import documentation (EEI, invoices, licenses).
• Conduct internal audits and implement corrective actions.
• Provide internal training on trade compliance and regulatory changes.
