Mashin Shokai (Singapore) Pte Ltd in Ohio is seeking a Trade Operations Coordinator to manage data entry for purchases and sales, prepare billing documents, and coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure compliance and timely shipments.

You will monitor shipments, resolve issues with shipping, customs clearance, and transportation, maintain trade records, generate management reports, and analyze performance to drive improvements.

Responsibilities

Purchased, Sales data entry andSales document filling.
EMAIL / FAX / PRINT OF Purchases and Sales Documents.
To prepare documents for/ to billing.
Coordinate with trade operations team/ customer/ vendors.
Performance management duties.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure adherence to customs requirements, import/export restrictions, and any other legal requirements.
Monitor and track shipments, ensuring on-time delivery and addressing any delays or discrepancies.
Resolve issues related to shipping, customs clearance, and transportation.
Maintain accurate records of trade activities and generate periodic reports for management review.
Analyze data to assess the performance of trade operations and suggest improvements.
Other ad hoc duties as requested by the trade department
