We are currently seeking a Trade & Transaction Reporting Specialist with 5+ years of experience to join our team. This role demands deep expertise in US regulatory reporting – CAT, CAIS, Electronic Blue Sheets, and CFTC reporting (core requirement). Familiarity with related US regimes such as SEC Regulation SBSR and TRACE is a plus.
You will be responsible for key tasks such as requirements gathering, data analysis, testing, and operational support to ensure regulatory compliance. Additionally, you will contribute to the firm’s broader consulting activities by supporting business development, proposal writing, thought leadership initiatives, and client relationship management.
This position is primarily based at our client’s New York office and may require up to five days per week onsite, depending on client needs.
