You will troubleshoot issues, complete fleet maintenance processes, and ensure units meet JB Hunt specifications. The role may involve outdoor work, varied shifts, nights/weekends, and overtime with full-time attendance. Qualifications

• 18 years of age with 1-2 years of semi-tractor maintenance/repair experience or equivalent education/experience.
• A/C certification and at least 1 year of DOT/FHWA inspections and air brake experience.
• Own basic tools, or participate in toolbox purchase program.

Responsibilities

• Perform intermediate-level maintenance, service, and repairs on tractors per company specs.
• Troubleshoot issues and complete fleet maintenance processes.
• Work with minimal supervision and adhere to safety procedures.
• Maintain communications with JB Hunt personnel and customers.
• Follow standard repair times (SRT) and warranty guidelines.
• Assist with onboarding and mentoring Tractor Technician trainees.
• Participate in OE training for repairs.
