Qualifications

• Experience in intermediate-level maintenance, service and repair of tractors.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and complete fleet maintenance processes.
• Familiarity with FHWA inspections and air brake systems.
• A/C certification and DOT/FHWA inspection experience are preferred.
• Basic tools required; employee-provided tools may be needed in many locations.

Responsibilities

• Perform intermediate-level maintenance and repair on tractors and equipment.
• Troubleshoot issues and complete work orders according to company standards.
• Maintain safety procedures and professional communication with JB Hunt personnel and customers.
• Assist with onboarding and mentoring of trainees as needed.
• Adhere to SRTs and warranty guidelines.
