Job summary

LS Tractor USA is seeking a Product Manager for LSTA tractors to develop training materials, sales talking points, and product specifications. You will organize product training with the dealer development team and across the organization and execute product launches with cross-functional teams.

You will collaborate with sales and marketing to develop promotion plans, assess market requirements, and manage the product testing center.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years in product management, specifically for tractors.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and oral communications.
• Ability to coordinate large, complex projects and meet deadlines.
• Collaborates across functional areas within the organization.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, esp. Excel; SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs market analysis and STP/SWOT analyses for LS Tractor offerings.
• Develops launch plans and milestones; communicates progress to stakeholders.
• Creates product training materials and talking points for internal teams and dealers.
• Collaborates with marketing for product promotion and events.
• Manages product testing center and analyzes pricing against competitors.
• Prepares Market Requirements Documents and use cases.
• Monitors inventory and coordinates with purchasing for availability.
