Job summary

LS Tractor seeks a Product Manager for the Tractors and Implements line in Battleboro, NC. You will manage product strategy, develop sales talking points, coordinate with dealer development, and drive product launches across teams.

The role requires creating training materials, evaluating market opportunities, and collaborating with sales and marketing to promote products. 8-hr shift, Monday–Friday, DOQ hiring range.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant field.
• Five years product management or related experience, specific to tractors.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and oral communications skills.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate and manage large complex projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Performs market analysis for LSTA products and conducts STP/SWOT analyses.
• Develops launch plans and milestones; communicates progress to stakeholders.
• Collaborates with marketing to develop product promotion plans and events.
• Provides product training for internal teams and dealers.
• Identifies market requirements and opportunities to guide product strategy and pricing.
