Job summary

Rotolo Consultants, Inc. (RCI) seeks a field operator to load, unload and operate power landscape equipment such as tractors and heavy machinery. You will perform basic landscaping duties when not operating gear, including litter cleanup and mowing, on various sites in Memphis, TN.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED; a CDL with a clean record is a plus. Compensation is $22.00 per hour with benefits such as medical/dental/vision, a 401K plan with partial match, paid vacation, sick

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• CDL with offense-free driving history is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Transport equipment to job sites and dispatch locations.
• Learn and follow safety regulations.
• Operate tractors or bulldozers to clear land and move earth.
• Load and move dirt, rocks, or materials using heavy equipment.
• Repair and maintain equipment and perform emergency adjustments as needed.
