Job summary

Rotolo Consultants, Inc. (RCI) is hiring a CDL / Equipment Operator to join North America’s growing landscaping team. You will operate tractors for vegetation management and perform additional duties such as debris cleanup and planting as needed.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED and a CDL with an offense-free driving history. The role offers several insurance options, a 401K plan, and paid vacation and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate).
• CDL with offense-free driving history.
• Post-secondary certificate a plus.

Responsibilities

• Transport equipment to various job sites and dispatch locations.
• Learn and follow safety regulations.
• Operate tractors and bulldozers to perform vegetation and earth-moving tasks.
• Locate underground services prior to starting work.
• Repair and maintain equipment and perform minor adjustments as needed.
• Check fuel supplies at sites to ensure adequate availability.
• Coordinate machine actions with crew signals and safety guidelines.
• Keep records of material or equipment usage and issues encountered.
