Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Inspect, clean, disassemble, reassemble, and adjust motor units to exact tolerances.
• Perform inbound inspections and stage components; remove couplings with specialized tools.
• Prepare and test assemblies: rotors, stators, seals, and insulation systems.
• Install bearings and complete reassembly; flush regreasing systems.
• Run electrical, insulation, surge, balance, and vibration testing; document outcomes.
