Job summary

NASCAR is seeking a Track Side Customer Service Representative to deliver the ultimate guest services experience at venues across the United States. You will handle sales and technical support for track side customers and collaborate with an on-site team.

The role requires strong customer service, the ability to work weekends and evenings, and travel with NASCAR events. An AA degree or equivalent plus related experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• AA degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
• Six months to one year of related experience or training.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with on-location vending setup, operation and closing.
• Provide sales recommendations and merchandise promotions to customers.
• Offer technical support for track sales and rental radio/equipment.
• Answer questions and resolve customer concerns regarding products and services.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Deliver high level of customer service for sales, equipment distribution and returns.
