Job summary

EnergySolutions is seeking a detail-oriented data entry professional at our Oak Ridge facility. You will enter data into the tracking system, perform QA checks, and translate customer information into site terminology while maintaining accuracy in manifests and processing paperwork.

You will support operations with tracking system entries, read WAD instructions, and maintain proficiency in Oracle-based programs and Microsoft Office tools.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required or equivalent education/experience.
• Business Management degree preferred or equivalent experience in Customer Service.
• Shipping Broker Certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and data entry processes.

Responsibilities

• Enter data into the tracking system and perform QA checks on waste processing records and barcodes.
• Data entry of manifests, work orders, and processing paperwork related to material receipt and management.
• Perform peer-review QA checks to ensure data quality.
