Job summary

ManTech in Bethesda, MD seeks a motivated Engineer to join our team onsite. You will assist in developing and maintaining software for project operations, support cross-platform communications, and participate in sensor and systems integration efforts in line with Navy standards.

A Bachelor's degree in engineering and 1+ years experience with MATLAB, LABVIEW, or Python are required. U.S. citizenship and an active Secret clearance are required; travel up to 20% is expected.

• 1+ years experience with MATLAB, LABVIEW or Python.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development, maintenance, and execution of team software for project operations.
• Support the integration of cross-platform system communications and architectures.
• Participate in the test and evaluation (T&E) of sensors and integrated systems.
• Undergo specialized, on-the-job training to develop the skills required to serve as a Tracking Engineer.
• Work with other engineers to develop prototypes, conduct testing, and document findings for further improvement.
• Provide input on system-level design, ensuring alignment with Navy standards and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, company policies, and U.S. Navy requirements in all engineering tasks.
• Must be willing to travel within the United States and abroad (up to 20%)
