Job summary

Churchill Downs Incorporated is seeking a Front-End Loader Operator to support Turfway Park Racing & Gaming's daily operations in Northern Kentucky. The role involves loading and unloading materials, maintaining track and yard areas, and supporting stable and event-related tasks.

The ideal candidate will have experience operating heavy equipment, the ability to work outdoors in varying weather, and a valid driver's license. KHRC licensing may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak fluent English.
• Experience operating farm or heavy equipment.
• Valid driver's license.
• Position requires outdoor work year-round.
• Ability to obtain KHRC license if required.

Responsibilities

• Operate tractors and other heavy equipment to cut correct depth in track.
• Empty manure bins on a daily basis.
• Maintain race track daily by grading and smoothing the surface.
• Maintain proper adjustments on equipment (i.e. harrow and floats).
• Assist with cleaning and maintaining equipment.
