Job summary

Churchill Downs Incorporated's Turfway Park Racing & Gaming in Northern Kentucky is seeking a Track Maintenance Crew member responsible for operating a front-end loader to empty manure bins and load materials, with daily responsibilities on the track.

The role requires experience with heavy equipment, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work outdoors year-round; KHRC license eligibility is also required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak fluent English.
• Experience operating farm or heavy equipment.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Position requires outdoor work throughout the year.
• Ability to obtain KHRC license.

Responsibilities

• Operate tractors and other heavy equipment in order to cut correct depth in track
• Empty manure bins on a daily basis.
• Maintain race track on a daily basis by grading and smoothing the surface
• Maintain proper adjustments on equipment (i.e. harrow and floats)
• Assist with cleaning and maintaining equipment
