About The Team
We conduct hundreds of live auctions annually worldwide. Our team includes equipment inspectors, yard managers, operators, administrative staff, and customer service representatives—all essential to conducting successful multi-million dollar auctions.

Job Description
The Loader Operator I is responsible for operating heavy equipment and trucks, setting up equipment for auctions in yards, and assisting customers during and after auctions.

Responsibilities

  1. Operate all types of heavy equipment and trucks
  2. Assist in setting up equipment in the yard for auctions
  3. Help customers load their equipment purchases and answer their questions
  4. Support RB's commitment to safety, taking personal responsibility to ensure safety for all
  5. Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  1. Experience operating heavy machinery
  2. Ability to operate a large 36,000 lbs forklift is an asset
  3. Proficiency in spoken and written English
  4. Good computer skills and ability to learn new programs quickly
  5. Proven safety record and promoting safety among team members
  6. Ability to relate well with customers and team members
  7. Team player with self-starting capabilities
  8. Organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks
  9. High attention to detail
