University of North Carolina at Pembroke seeks an Assistant Coach for Track and Field and an Assistant Athletic Performance Coach (1.0 FTE, 11 months) to enhance student-athlete development. The role includes coaching, program design, recruitment growth, and coordination with the Head Coach to support both track and field programs while implementing nutrition strategies.

Significant knowledge of coaching track & field.
Experience in strength & conditioning programs.
Ability to recruit and develop student-athletes.
Strong teaching and motivational skills.

Mansioni

Coach throws and field position groups for track & field; grow recruitment and participation.
Supervise track & field student-athletes in strength & conditioning and 2-3 other teams.
Implement and support nutrition programming for student-athletes.
Collaborate with Head Coach to design, organize, implement, oversee and evaluate NCAA Division II programs.
Recruit student-athletes, monitor academic progress, analyze film, and perform other duties as assigned by Head Coach.
Coordinate evening study hall under the Center for Student Success.
Comply with NCAA regulations and institutional policies; coach may be suspended or terminated for violations.
