This position requires experience as a field event athlete at high school or college level, a passion for track and field, and the ability to develop workouts for varied skill levels.

Qualifications

• Experience competing as a field event athlete at the high school or college level.
• Passion for the sport of track & field, especially the field events.
• Must be able to develop and implement workouts appropriate for varying skill levels.
• Ability to communicate and work well with other coaches, parents, and student-athletes.
• Enjoy helping student-athletes reach their potential.
• Must have valid driver’s license.
• Attend practices and meets.

Responsibilities

• Teaching, coaching, and mentoring 30+ Middle School athletes. Will report directly to the Head Coach.
• Practice times Monday through Friday, 3:30 to 5 pm.
