Qualifications

• College degree is desired.
• One year of experience coaching in a school athletic program.
• Minimum 21 years of age per KHSAA.
• Criminal records check, AIDS awareness training, current certification in first aid and CPR.

Responsibilities

• Assist head coach in daily and long-range athletic activities.
• Assist in planning the athletic program.
• Conduct learning experiences with small groups of student athletes under head coach direction.
• Assist in guiding participants toward a harmonious team spirit.
• Escort and supervise athletes during travel.
• Recommend equipment purchases for health, safety, and welfare of student athletes.
