Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Collegiate coaching or playing experience preferred.
• Driver's License (PA) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Head Coach in developing, implementing, and executing all aspects of the sport program.
• Collaborates to identify, evaluate, recruit, and retain qualified student-athletes who demonstrate strong academics, athletic ability, and character.
• Promotes inclusive, competitive team culture with sportsmanship, leadership, accountability, and student-athlete well-being.
• Assists with travel, equipment procurement/maintenance, and scheduling of practices and competitions for efficient program functioning.
• Ensures compliance with NCAA, conference, and institutional rules and standards.
