Job summary

Temple University's Athletics Department in Philadelphia seeks an Assistant Men’s Tennis Coach to help develop a competitive Division I program. The role focuses on teaching the sport, developing fundamentals, coordinating practices Monday–Friday, and preparing teams for competitions.

You will support the Head Coach with recruiting, budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating with booster clubs, while upholding NCAA and conference policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least two years of previous tennis experience as a collegiate coach and/or collegiate student-athlete.
• Experience administering Division I NCAA rules.

Responsibilities

• Teach student-athletes the sport of Men’s Tennis.
• Develop fundamentals and coach during Monday–Friday practices and meetings.
• Prepare teams for competitions.
