Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Two years of experience in building services or related fields.
• General knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, utilities, and facility maintenance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical capability to move equipment and materials safely.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours for events.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC tasks.
• Weld, cut, and fabricate as needed.
• Test repaired equipment for proper operation.
• Request parts with supervisor approval.
• Keep records and reports of maintenance activities.
• Maintain clean and safe facilities through housekeeping duties.
• Support track preparation, maintenance, and restoration during events.
• Operate and maintain various equipment and heavy machinery.
• Install and store signage; assist with fleet management and inventory.
• Other duties as assigned.
