Star Health Manufacturing is seeking an Inventory Management Specialist to oversee receipt, logging, and traceability of components, ingredients, and finished products in a cGMP environment. The role emphasizes lot control, segregation of quarantined materials, and accurate recordkeeping to support FDA inspections.

You will work with Quality Control to release materials, enforce FEFO/FIFO, and maintain system flags. Strong attention to detail and experience with WMS/ERP are essential.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required; associate/bachelor's preferred.
• Experience in FDA-regulated inventory, warehousing, or materials management.
• Knowledge of 21 CFR Parts 111, 117, 507 and GDP records.
• Experience with WMS/ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, MS Dynamics).
• Strong reading/writing of English; math and reconciliation skills.

Aufgaben

• Receive, identify, and log incoming components, packaging, and ingredients with lot numbers.
• Verify shipments against invoices, guarantees, POs, and CoAs.
• Assign unique lot identifiers and track status (Quarantine, Approved, Rejected).
• On receipt, place human dietary supplement ingredients into On Hold or Quarantine.
• Maintain clear status labels and system flags for all inventory.
• Move materials only with QC authorization and quarantine rejected items.
• Ensure allergen segregation and proper FEFO/FIFO rotation.
• Maintain forward/backward lot traceability and recall readiness.
