Job summary

Saddleback Valley Unified School District's TLC Before and After-School Child Care team seeks energetic leaders to guide Kindergarten through 6th grade activities after school.

You'll plan, organize, and supervise engaging programs Monday through Friday from 2:05 pm to 6:00 pm, fostering safe, fun learning environments for students.

Qualifications

• Two years of college or 48 units; an AA degree or higher is acceptable.
• If no college credits, a District Proficiency Exam in math, reading, and writing may be scheduled.
• Ability to keep records and communicate effectively with staff and families.

Responsibilities

• Be part of facilitating an engaging child care program for grades K-6.
• Plan, organize, and lead activities that keep children active and learning.
• Supervise children and guide Student Child Care Leaders while keeping everyone safe.

• No college credits? No problem. Take a brief District Proficiency Exam in mathematics, reading, and writing. A test can be scheduled here.
