Saddleback Valley Unified School District - ELS Department is seeking enthusiastic leaders for the TLC Before and After-School Child Care Team. The role runs Monday through Friday, 2:15 pm to 6:00 pm, guiding activities and ensuring safety for K-6 students.

You’ll plan engaging programs, supervise Student Child Care Leaders, and create fun, educational moments after school. Two years of college or 48 units are required, with a district proficiency exam offered if needed.

Qualifications

• Two years of college or 48 units, or an AA degree or higher.
• If no college credits, take the District Proficiency Exam in mathematics, reading, and writing.
• Must be able to keep records and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Be part of facilitating an awesome, engaging child care program for children in Kindergarten through 6th grade.
• Plan, organize, and lead exciting activities that keep children engaged and learning.
• Supervise school-age children and guide Student Child Care Leaders, making sure everyone has fun while staying safe.

• No college credits? No problem. Take a brief District Proficiency Exam in mathematics, reading, and writing. A test can be scheduled here.
