Job summary

Leidos in Washington, DC is seeking a Systems Test Engineer focused on the Tomahawk Planning System (TPS) to support the TMPC segment at the Washington Navy Yard. You will join the System Test Engineering Team and work on the Leidos Systems Engineering contract with the US Navy.

The role requires analyzing requirements, executing tests, and coordinating with internal and external teams. Domestic travel up to 25% may be required, and a Top Secret clearance is needed.

Qualifications

• US Citizen with active DoD Top Secret clearance or ability to upgrade to TS/SCI.
• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of related experience.
• Operational experience with TPS mission planning is highly desired.
• Strong knowledge of software engineering, programming, databases including SQL, and test automation.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements; perform design review and testing, document inspection and test planning.
• Execute functional, integration, regression tests and report results.
• Develop and maintain end-user test scenarios and participate in reviews.
• Travel up to 25% domestically and internationally as needed.
• Lead communications with internal teams, management, and customers.
• Ensure project schedules and performance requirements are met.
• Contribute to process improvements and organizational goals.
